Selva Skybar is the rooftop with an Aston Martin on it. The bar craned a real one onto its 12th-floor terrace at Infinity Budapest Hotel in September 2025, and the tie-up was such a hit that the venue took the name Selva Skybar x Aston Martin Budapest.

That’s the headline. Underneath it is a big, generous rooftop: an infinity pool, Danube views from the Pest side, and a popular Show Dinner series. It’s a fun place for a celebration, a sunset drink or a night that ends up in everyone’s photos.

The Aston Martin: Now Part of the Name

In late September 2025, Selva Skybar announced a partnership with Aston Martin Budapest and had a crane lift an actual Aston Martin onto the 12th-floor terrace. It’s roped off. You can photograph it, pose next to it, and admire it. You cannot sit in it.

The partnership outlasted the launch: the venue took the name Selva Skybar x Aston Martin Budapest, and its 007-themed Show Dinner series was built around the car.

Pro Tip

The Aston Martin photo op is free once you’re in. Late afternoon gives the best light: the sun comes from the west and the Danube catches it behind the car.

The Rooftop Itself: Tropical Design Above the Danube

Past the car, Selva is a big, generous rooftop space. The 12th floor of Infinity Budapest Hotel looks over the Danube, Gellért Hill, and the Pest riverfront, a different angle from the Parliament-facing spots on the other side of the river.

The design goes hard on tropical: lush planting, cabana-style seating, and lighting warm enough to flatter everyone in it. It splits the difference between a Bali beach club and a Miami rooftop, and it works beautifully, even in landlocked Hungary.

The cocktail program leans into the collaboration as happily as the terrace does: ice blocks embossed with the Aston Martin emblem, cocktail foam printed with the logo. The menu itself is tropical-leaning and rum-forward, with pastel drinks that look as good as they taste.

There’s also an Aston Martin Signature Dessert billed as a mix of British tradition and tropical flavor.

Show Dinners: an Event Series

Selva’s main draw beyond casual drinks is its Show Dinner format: ticketed evenings combining a multi-course menu, live entertainment, and a DJ set. Dinners are sold as themed one-off events: a 007-branded series built around the car, a Golden Hits night, and seasonal parties like the January Après Sky daytime event and a New Year’s Eve show dinner. While You’re in the Area

The southern Pest riverfront is less built out for tourists but has its own draws.

Before Selva:
